Hamba Kahle Roads shares road information from drivers and general road knowledge. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Safety first
- Never use the site while driving. Let a passenger report, or wait until you've stopped safely.
- Always obey road signs, traffic officers and the rules of the road, even if the site says something different.
- In an emergency, call 112 from a cellphone.
The information may be wrong
Reports come from other drivers and may be out of date, incomplete or mistaken. Route guides are general guidance, not live information. Toll plazas, roadworks and closures change. Check official sources such as SANRAL before you travel. You use the information at your own risk.
Posting reports
When you post, you agree to:
- report only what you actually saw on the road,
- not post false, misleading or spam reports,
- not include anyone's personal information, number plates used to accuse people, or offensive language,
- not use the site for anything illegal.
You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow us to show it on the site and use it to improve road information. We may remove any report or account that breaks these terms.
No guarantees
The site is provided free and as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or injury from using the site or relying on its information.
